Resource Science

Resource Science features biologist and other scientists who have been tasked to identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions to conservation and natural resource issues within the fisheries, forestry and wildlife arena.  World class researchers who are hired within this field are responsible for finding effective ways to conserve, preserve and protect Missouri's natural resources.  With over 80 years of experience, our researchers have a proven track that exemplifies their passion, success and commitment to conservation.  

Bachelor or Master degrees and years of research experience are required. Resource Science houses positions such as Aquatic Resource Scientist, Animal Resource Scientist, State Wildlife Veterinarian, etc.
