Summary/Objective
Coordination of infrastructure asset field data collection, ongoing condition assessments, valuation, report and lifecycle planning.
Essential Job Duties
- Update the infrastructure asset management system as construction projects move through their project lifecycles.
- Coordinate field data collection and ongoing condition assessments.
- Provide quality control by assessing project plans and documentation to determine if infrastructure assets will be affected by construction.
- Preform system updates and maintenance.
- Provide system guidance, training and troubleshooting to data collectors statewide.
- Travel for on-site visits to assist in data collection.
- Manage and support iPads and other equipment used by data collectors statewide.
- Develop and provide input on process documentation.

Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering Technology or related field.
- At least one (1) year of related experience
- OSHA 10 Certification desired or ability to complete within first 6 months.
- A valid, current driver's license.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a standard office environment in addition to regular work in outdoor weather where hot, cold, wet, and/or humid conditions exist.
Physical Abilities
- Remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
- Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Ability to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less.
- Regularly lift up to 5 pounds, correctly lift up to 10 pounds.
- Concentrated attention is required at all times.
- Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.

This position has been determined to be Nonexempt according to the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employees must agree to accept compensatory time in lieu of cash payments in accordance with the Department's Compensatory Time Off and Overtime Policy.
Salaried and hourly employees are expected to use a mobile device-cellular phone for Department business, as needed.
