Summary/Objective

Coordination of infrastructure asset field data collection, ongoing condition assessments, valuation, report and lifecycle planning.

Essential Job Duties

  • Update the infrastructure asset management system as construction projects move through their project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate field data collection and ongoing condition assessments.
  • Provide quality control by assessing project plans and documentation to determine if infrastructure assets will be affected by construction.
  • Preform system updates and maintenance.
  • Provide system guidance, training and troubleshooting to data collectors statewide.
  • Travel for on-site visits to assist in data collection.
  • Manage and support iPads and other equipment used by data collectors statewide.
  • Develop and provide input on process documentation.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering Technology or related field.
  • At least one (1) year of related experience
  • OSHA 10 Certification desired or ability to complete within first 6 months.
  • A valid, current driver's license.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a standard office environment in addition to regular work in outdoor weather where hot, cold, wet, and/or humid conditions exist.

Physical Abilities

  • Remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
  • Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Ability to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less.
  • Regularly lift up to 5 pounds, correctly lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Concentrated attention is required at all times.
  • Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
